Takohachi will perform two 30-min performances. In the first performance from 1:15 to 1:45pm, we will perform songs to accompany the Bon Odori dancers (Oregon Buddhist Temple dancers and YOU). In the second from 1:45 to 2:15pm, we will perform music (mainly Tsugaru Shamisen and Minyo Singing) . This Bon Odori event will go on and do two more Bon Odori sessions but with audio music.

We will have special guests (Tsugaru Shamisen and Minyo singing) for the event. Please don’t miss the authentic Japanese music we will perform for the Summer Festival at the beautiful Japanese Garden.
